One of the biggest attractions of the Isle of Skye is the superior seafood that we are lucky to enjoy. The shellfish we serve on board is provided by our own family. Ewen’s father and older brother have fished the local waters for almost 45 years. It is impossible to get fresher seafood on the Scottish coast. If we are lucky we will spot them out on the water and get the opportunity to watch them hauling their catch.
Our hot and cold smoked salmon is provided by the award winning Salar Smokehouse based on our neighbouring island, South Uist.
All the products we use are of the highest standard and locally sourced where possible. This paired with a glass of wine or light refreshment makes for a fabulous dining experience on the water.
