A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the trip is required to secure each booking with SeaflowerSkye. The booking is not secure until the deposit has been received and confirmed by us.
A deposit refund will only be issued if we cancel your trip due to unfavorable weather conditions or any other reason on our part (i.e. mechanical issues). We will always attempt to reschedule your trip where possible.
The skippers decision is final regarding sailing conditions and sea state. SeaflowerSkye reserves the right to cancel a trip up to 1 hour before departure but will endevour to provide guests with as much notice as possible of any cancellation.
All trips require a minimum number of passengers in order to operate. Please refer to the trip descriptions on the website for further details.
We strongly recommend that each of our guests has valid travel insurance.
